If you have met me (Jennifer Patush) in the past few months and have been earnest to see the work of Via Digerati, you’ve undoubtedly been disappointed to find this digital agency missing their own dynamic web presence. Well, that makes two of us.

It seems we have been so busy with creating corporate brand identities, web solutions and print ads for our extraordinary clients, that it appears the shoemaker is again without shoes.

Well not for long… I am pleased to announce that the new site is nearing completion and will be making its debut soon. So, please, check back often and let us know what you think!

Connecting with Live Chat

When Via Digerati redesigned the Renaissance Lofts and Lofts at 1800 websites for The Kopley Group, we included an interactive tool that would dramatically increase their ability to connect with clients – live chat.

The results were fantastic. 30% of all new traffic to the sales centers had first connected with a salesperson in an online chat. Whether they needed to know pricing or availability on a particular unit or had a question about the neighborhood, a salesperson was always a click away with an answer.

With 80% of all home searches starting on the internet, it is not enough to just have a website. Its
about how you connect with your buyers within that virtual space. We were able to create a connection that was grounded in reality; 75% of all online chats resulted in visits to the sales centers where the conversation could continue off-line.

How we did it: Individual Google Talk chat badges embedded in the sidebar for each salesperson. Staff login to their Google account to become available online.
